I think they wont be releasing till next week. If you look at admissions411, it looks like the official date last year was Jan 15, 2006. The average days early people heard back was 16.4 - but with some as early as 34 days before. With that in mind, and with this years dates in mind - Jan 7, the earliest one could hear back would be 12/4, which is Monday. The average expected hear back date would thus be 12/22 - the friday before christmas.

Of the 72 notification dates posted that seem right (ignoring ones that have like a june date but were not waitlisted for example), the breakdown is as follows:

Some of the corresponding dates this year shift to weekends - but its still interesting. I wonder whats up with that gap from 12/15 to 12/24.

The interesting thing is that almost 20% of those that reported dates heard back 30 days before.

Note also that the majority of 0's are waitlists.
