Kellogg Short Essay Question [#permalink]

Hi guys,
I wanted to get your opinion on one of the short essays for Kellogg. The essay should be no more than 2-3 paragaphs and how did you guys approach this one:
A. What have been your most significant leadership experiences to date?
Are you guys higlighting a few leadership experiences or just focusing on the most important one? Also, do we need to address what we learned from this experience, blah blah blah..Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I only talked about one. IMO it would be difficult to do more than that and also provide the depth adcoms look for in essays. Gotta say that I didn't talk about what I learned, but it probably wouldn't be misplaced if you did.

I'm struggling with this as well because it defenitely says experiences (plural). But then my first experience is almost a page long by itself...
Can any of the R1 people let us know what they did?

I wrote about three. One in each paragraph. Two professional, one non.
Caveat: I have not yet heard back from Kellogg so I dont know if this has worked.
