Kellogg - Still no interview invite [#permalink]
19 Feb 2007, 08:34
So I submitted both part 1 and 2 on the deadline date, Jan 5th. However, I haven't received an interview invite (I requested an off-campus interview) nor has my status changed. Has enough time elapsed to justify an inquiry? Does it seem as if I'll get the interview waived? Thanks for your help.

I recall there was a pre-deadline (more of a guideline than a deadline) for Part I (which was about Dec 22nd). I did submit Part I by Dec 22nd and it took them around 3 weeks to invite me. Did you get the e-mails confirming your app. had been received by Kellogg? Do you have the user# and pass for their site (not the app. site, but the Kellogg.edu site)
My concern would be that since you did not make that pre-deadline, you may fall into the latter part of R2. I'd say enquiring should not hurt.
Hope it helps. L.

The school indicates that scheduling an off campus interview takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Since the part I was submitted more than 6 weeks ago, I would call the admission to find out.

I did get the emails confirming my. I have the username/pass to check my app. status. I just called, was transferred, then left a message explaining my situation.
Thanks for the responses

I applied during the first round on October 18th or 19th and they didn't get back to me with an itnerview invite until the first week in December.
