I know some Kelley grads and think that they're top-notch. I think Kelley is a great program. But given your healthcare background and interest in staying in healthcare (based on your older post), I'd probably recommend UNC, given their locatoin near the Research Triangle, etc., etc.
I know it's a big difference in $$, but I promise that this will be insignificant in 20 years!
Really, you can't go wrong. And I generally don't feel comfortable saying to someone, "Go to School A. It's better than School B." But UNC might be a better fit for what you want to do.
