Overall, things are looking very good. We have had a bunch of Russian clients over the last few years, and so far everybody has done well. and you do have a a wonderful GPA, what seems like some very solid work experience, and some volunteer work which is nice. From your work experience, we will have to see how we can boost that of course, but right now the one thing that will make the big difference is your GMAT. If you could get at least 30 points higher before application season it would make a HUGE difference.

Thank you very much for the response! I also worry about my GMAT score and probably try to raise it.
One more question: which situation is most risky from your point of view:
1) Applying with current GMAT score to INSEAD, HBS, Wharton in the first round or
2) Trying to get higher GMAT, delay application to the second round without guaranteed GMAT score increase after further attempts?
Thank you!
