Your GMAT score might be slightly low for those programs, but I would not think a dealbreaker. Do you have a better analogue for your verbal ability than the GMAT score? If so, I’d reference that in your optional essay.
In terms of leadership, as long as you can speak to stories where you’ve demonstrated leadership, often the questions give you decent latitude to discuss professional or extracurricular leadership. As long as you can you draw upon “moments” when you truly led – influenced individuals and organizations, drove results, took initiative – you should be okay.
Many applicants cite management consulting as their post-MBA goal. With your pharma experience, can you answer in detail why you need an MBA to pursue your desired career path? I would make sure to identify the specific gaps that stand between you and your short- and long-term goals (knowledge, skills, experiences, network, etc.) and show how business school would directly address those gaps.
