You have a good and distinctive profile. Your age is high-ish for U.S. schools but fine for European schools. You don't need a consulting/finance background to get into the top European programs. You do need leadership, but you appear to have that. Assuming a 700+ GMAT score, I think LBS and INSEAD would be "semi-longshots" for you, but definitely longshots worth taking. I think your chances are even better at the other schools. In terms of improving your profile, a promotion to a formal management title would be nice, as would clear leadership in an extracurricular activity.
