There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
Knewton is no longer in the GMAT 'business', so I don't believe that the practice test you're looking for is still available. There are plenty of sources for reliable practice CATs though (both free and paid). What Tests have you used so far?
In terms of our scoring, many of our students report scores that are +/- 30 points from their actual GMAT test and so are a relatively good indicator of their performance. That said, no practice test can perfectly replicate the actual score algorithm, but this is quite close.
Before I recommend any new CATs, I'd like to know a bit more about how you've been studying and your goals:
1) What is your goal score? 2) How long have you been studying? 3) How have you been scoring on your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)? 4) What resources have you been using during your studies? 5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
