Hi Guys,

I had a petty misdemeanor case that was dismissed and eventually expunged. Before the expungement a background check from a potential job I was looking at brought up the misdemeanor. I then expunged it and no checks have been performed since then (3 years ago).

My question is, what can I do to confirm that Kroll does not have this record in their databases. It would not be legal for them to have the record. Any ideas?
