B1 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ B2 or B2 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ B1 => 2nd to 9th position is 8! = 40320 * 2 = 80640

completely agree.
However, it is really strange that 40320 is not an option, because one the the most frequent mistakes is to forget that 8! should be multiplied by 2.
I don't think we will not find it in our actual GMAT.
