Latin/South American MBA for an English speaker [#permalink] New post 07 Jan 2011, 18:46
I was wondering just out of curiosity what (if any) the opportunities were like in Latin/South America for either locally educated MBA grads or foreign MBA grads looking to work there upon graduation. Specifically, I was wondering if there were any areas in those two regions where only having command over the English language would be "acceptable".

I have no intention of applying to schools in the area, although I hear several of them offer high quality education, but I am kind of intrigued by some of the emerging markets in the area. Hypothetically, could an MBA grad with no/limited knowledge of Spanish/Portugeuse survive in these regions or would it be absolutely impossible?
