Hello guys.....

I am searching for how to find LCM of two numbers.....4 and 11/2.....I know it is 44.....but any procedure to follow to find the LCM of an integer and a decimal number......

Lcm of a/b and c/d is (LCM of a,c)/(HCF of b,d)

In this case LCM of 4, 11/2 = 44/1 = 44

say suppose the numbers are 3/4 and 1/2, lcm = 3/2

If you are ever tested on LCMs on the GMAT, the quantities involved will *always* be positive integers. You don't need to know what the LCM even means if one number is a fraction, let alone how to find it.
