Leadership experience - Personal Family example? [#permalink] New post 24 Aug 2006, 01:25
Anyone have any idea on whether we could weave Family examples into leadership role.. Like for example I have always guided my younger brothers on their career and various aspects.. I have been a leader for the younger ones..

Can you put that twist into your app somewhere?
Or is that pushing it too far?

I think it can be put in the application essays.

You learn your most important lessons in a family setup. IMO its a good way to highlight that your qualities outside of the work environment.

Personally, I am also putting family experiences that shaped my leadership qualities leading upto the professional front.
