League of extraordinary gentlemen/ladies,

Is it sufficient to rule that two triangles are similar it two of the angles have the same measurement ? I think so, please validate.

It is. If 2 angles have the same measurement => the 3rd angle has the same measurement (sum of angles equals 180), and therefore the triangles are similar.
