Let me introduce myself [#permalink] New post 11 Jul 2007, 13:03
I'm back to Gmatclub after some deserved holidays after finishing my MBA. I'm now planning to start the PhD next year. With the help of GmatClub I got a 710 on the Gmat last april and that helped me land a job as research assistant at my business school where I'll work till I start the PhD. All that from GmatClub.

I'm planing to concentrate my studies in Social Entrepreneurship but I'm still doing some research. I would love to do de PhD in Harvard but I know it's really tough to get accepted.

My question is: should I keep on studying for the Gmat and try to score a 770 (I know it will be though) for example or should I concentrate on other parts of the application?

Thanks for all the help and I hope I can give back to the community.

i was not accepted to harvard with 780..... :)

my opinion - don't waste your time on gmat (as long as it has not expired). you hava a good enough score. work on your research profile. network with other researchers. try to publish. compose a "killer" application.... but don't waste your time on gmat.
