hey guys,
Question regarding recommendations. My manager just told me he submitted his LOR. He gave me high remarks on the 1-5 scale and answered all the questions required (about 8-10).
There is another optional section that allows him to upload a word document with any additional info about me. Since he did not upload anything, will this hurt my LOR even though this section is optional? I thought that LORs are to always include a word document with his own LOR.
