Substitute ... for... is the correct idiom. compare educators to Ms. Burton.

Answer Choice: B

Eliminate A, C, & E because of the use of 'to' (To should be used for a comparison; for is needed for this substitution)

Between B & D: D is incorrect because 'like other educators' would be modifying Ms. Burton's emphasis instead of Ms. Burton herself.
