It should be 'B'

"Just as...so", coming across this idiom second time today!

B is the best. It uses the correct idiom "Just as....so..."

so

B, use of Idiom Just as so...:)

Not just because it used "just as.. so". But also because the tense change is perfect considering that the periods of comparison are different.
