Comparison should be between parallel objects. In this case, the number of good restaurants in San Antonio is compared to the number of restaurants in other cities of United States.
(A) any city does --> Wrong usage of 'does' (B) does any other city -> Correct. Numbers between cities are compared (C) other cities do --> Wrong usage of 'do' (D) any city -> comparison is with city. It should have been with the numbers. (E) other cities --> Again, comparison is with cities _________________
