Losing Focus after 20th question... [#permalink] New post 08 Jun 2007, 02:00
Dear friends...

I have analyzed my test scoring pattern and came to know that in both

verbal and in quant I am losing focus on questions after No 20. In first 15

quastions I will make 1-2 mistakes but later even though the questins are

easy I could not concentrate properly. This thing I realized when i was

analyzing the mistakes in my wrong questions in test. I was able to solve

almost all of the questions which I got wrong in the test.

So what kind of strategy I should follow to overcome this problem?

It appears to me like a problem of stamina....

I had the same effect but only on Verbal.... the half way was the shift point. To overcome this, I practiced a lot, especially during non conventional time 8pm > 1am... and by doing a lot of full lenght test. :)

I applied also a technic : after 4 questions, I gave me a full breath with closed eyes of about 4 s.... It was a kind of reset and pretty helpful to catch back freshy mind :)

I suggest also to make the break as u will have them on the real thing. Drink & eat something that energy u :)

Good Luck ! :)
