As for your inquiry, I think you should be okay at those programs. Your GPA appears to be pretty low, but do you have a context for how low? What was your percentile?
I think the biggest thing for you is going to be focusing on showcasing maturity and discipline in your work. You need the "when the lightbulb came on" story so that the reader doesn't doubt your ability to buckle down and do the work. Many successful MBA candidates have lower GPAs and can offset it with really strong thematic writing in the essays.
Also, this is going to be a bit of a no-brainer, but avoid programs with high average GPAs (because they prize that stat) and also programs that are extremely small (because it is harder to absorb a low mark).
