low gpa/MS Finance admission?

Hi folks,
A friend of mine is considering a Ms Finance but has a fairly low GPA (2.5) in biomedical and mechanical engineering from a top-US engineering school. Do you know of any programs that place less emphasis on GPA for admissions?

Clark MSF, Tulane's MFin, Vanderbilt's MSF, Rochester's M.S. (Business Administration). I got admitted to these thats why I am mentioning them. There are others out there but as more technical or quant oriented the program gets, the more emphasis on GPA. I have heard Urbana-Champaign doesn't emphasize on GPA much but does so on experience. Same for Boston College.

You can contact Capella University for this enquiry. Fill up the request info form and get in touch with them directly. This might solve your issues.
