Well you are looking to be in very good shape. If you have a 720 ALREADY and believe you can push things higher when the time comes to apply in two years, then that would really help you out.
Your MsC is not necessarily a help or a hindrance. Although when the time comes to apply the Adcom might be asking themselves "okay, so why is he here?" and you should have some preeeetty good reasons. Since you have two years tow ork on things, I would say that the most important thing would be for you to LEAD, and to do LOTs of community service. If you could do something like found your own little NGO or lead one, that would really help a lot.
As for your grades, the two best things you could do are 1. Get an a amazing GMAT grade 2. Get your CFA. Both will offset their concern that you might not be "clever" enough to succeed. And finally, if you have good reasons, writing an optional essay about it when the time comes would be in place.
The schools you listed are fine, and you could even aim a bit higher and add some schools to your list, esp. if you can gain a bit more leadership exp. and even 20 more points on your GMAT. With your profile Chicago and Columbia are obvious choices to add, as is Johnson.
If you have any other Qs, just shoot away, otherwise let's hear from you in two years!
