The best way is for you to do very well on the math section of the GMAT and if possible, build up an alternative transcript with some math courses, and ace them.
In all honesty, it's too hard for anyone to tell you how it'll be viewed. Everything comes in a package - your work experience, your letters of recommendation, your leadership skills, your extracuricular activities, your initiatives, your essays, your other college grades, your breakdown and total GMAT scores, and anything else that you address on the application. There's simply too much at the end to worry about one thing, such as your lower quant grades from college.
