I noticed that this program falls under the finance department. Besides 1 course in risk, you can pretty much take anything you want.
It seems that most of the placement is in risk (a very brief placement list), but is it possible to get into Sales & Trading with this degree?

Also regarding MSc Finance: what is the true acceptance rate (not the intake/applicants rate)? Does anyone have a ball park figure of the yield perhaps. Would it be smarter to apply to MSc Finance and Private Equity even if one wants to get into trading assuming F&PE is an easier program to get into?

Going into a specific program just because it is easy to get into...is simply a very bad idea..

Also...as you can see LSE Management and Regulation of Risk fetched very specific placements to Risk....so not sure about feasibility of getting into trading from there

In general…its easy to get into Risk from Trading not otherway around :(
