It took me literally 3 seconds to solve the problem to the point that I didn't believe that the question sent to me by email by GMAT Club would that be trivial!! (I'm used to get questions that are kinda tough)
Does anyone asked himself/herself what does sufficient/insufficient mean for this problem?!
For this problem sufficient means: either the number is a terminating decimal (Definite YES to the question) OR a non-terminating decimal (Definite NO to the question)
Insufficient means: may be yes or no
Each of the statements are insufficient on their own but when taken together they should be sufficient immediately! why? Because when I have the top & bottom of a fraction, the quotient will be a specific number and who cares what that number is?! any number in the world is either terminating OR non-terminating (and this translates to a solid YES to the original question without wasting any second on the math) so what all this fuss is about?!! I hope I'm not missing something :)
