Is (7^7) / (7^X) an integer?

1 0<=X<=7
2 absolute(X) = X^2

stmnt1 tells us that x is b/w 0 and 7 but x can be fraction as well i.e. if x=1 then (7^7) / (7^X) is an integer

if x = 3/2 then (7^7) / (7^X) is not an integer. hence insuff

stmnt2 - |x| = x^2. only values of x satisfying this condition are -1,0,1. for all the 3 values (7^7) / (7^X) will be an integer. hence suff

NOTE: Its a yes/no question. we are not concerned with the value of expression

isn't the OA wrong than? shouldn't the answer be D since 7^7/7^-1 , 7^7/7^0 and 7^7/7^1 all equal integers?
