# 0.69
# 0.71

Let power of 9 cylinder engine is p
Power of 9 cylinder / Power of 11 cylinder = p/(1.1*1.1*1.1 *p) = 1000/1331 ~ 100/133
= 100/ (4 *100/3) ( As 4/3 = 1.33)
= 3/4 = .75

Let power of 9 cylinder engine is a
Power of 10 cylinder engine = a* 110/100 = 1.1a
Power of 11 cylinder engine = 110/100(1.1a)
= 1.1*1.1*a
Similarly power of 12 cylinder engine = 1.1*1.1*1.1*a

Power of 9 cylinder engine / Power of 12 cylinder engine = a/(1.1*1.1*1.1*a)
= 1/1.331 = 1000/1331 ~ 100/133

but 133 can be written as 400/3
So 100/133 = 100/(400/3) = 3/4 = 0.75
