I have a doubt regarding this question:
If A , B , and C are points on the plane, is AB \lt 10 ?
1. AC + BC = 10
Statement (1) by itself is insufficient. S1 gives AB \le 10 (Insufficient, for AB \lt 10 ).
I thought that a side of a triangle is always less than the sum of the other two sides (straight line is always shorter).
what am I missing here?
