I got E

98+1=99, 97+2=99, 96+3.......There are 49 of these additions (98/2) so:

49*99=4851

Its AP with a=1,d=1,n=98

hence S(n)=n/2[2a+(n-1)d]

its E

Figured out another way:

S = (n(Last+First))/2
n= (First-Last) + 1

n=98
S=(98(99))/2 = 4851 so E.
