Hi,

If x is prime for example x = 5,
then f(x) will consist of (2, 3, 4) or x-2 integers

Thus, (A)

Thanks for the help. In GMAT Club tests solution the explanation was in correct, to cross check it , I posted this question.

In GMAT Club solution , B was correct answer which was incorrect.
