M25 free club test [#permalink]

I started my prep last week with Quant and decided to take the M25 test today. How would you rate the level of difficulty of this section compared to the GMAT Math? I got 27 out of 37 right. Thanks.

You should have received a percentile rating as well. Did you see it?

That should give you an idea, though keep in mind, it is a free test and is not as accurate as some others. In general, GMAT Club tests are HARDER than the GMAT math section and are designed to challenge you beyond the GMAT, potentially risking to destroy self confidence. 66% is actually great. I have seen people with 50th percentile get 48+ scores.

Thanks BB. I am continuing to improve on my basics. Will definitely buy the club tests in the next month or so.

No problem at all. On the 17th, we'll have all the tests open for 24 hrs.

Hello Moderators I have started my preps a month back and while I took the GMATclub free test M-25, the result shows 32 correct out of 37 (98% / 51). Additionally, my result for the free verbal test V-06 shows 28 correct out of 41 (99% / 45). I have attached the snapshot. Could you throw some pointers on the overall difficulty level of these tests as well as their alignment with the actual GMAT in general? Q51, V45 to me looks a bit too nice at the start of my preps; although I would like to score around 740'ish on my actual exam, if not more. Also, I took the Manhattan Gmat free CAT#1 and scored 680. How would you rate that? I am writing GMAT in Jan, 2013. Thanks. Prakhar
