Has anyone recieved the decisions? Is it too early? I saw in last year's forum, the decisions have been communicated little early. Thanks
Nope, haven't gotten my decision yet. Looking through prior year threads on gmatclub and pagalguy, it seems only later rounds received decisions early. Think we're stuck waiting until the 14th.
On another note, did you have your interview already? I did mine over Skype earlier this week and I feel like I did a mediocre/poor job. Wasn't prepared for the slew of behavioral questions the interview started off with. My fault, thought it would be more conversational. I have a pretty strong profile otherwise so I hope this doesn't ruin my chances.

Brand and product management, domestic applicant.
Nerves were definitely at play to start off the interview. I calmed down after a few questions, so hopefully they got a good sense of my personality and communication skills at least. Not sure if they're looking more at delivery or content.

Live Essay Writing Workshop, presented by Admissionado
Sigh. The MBA Application essays. Who thought it was a good idea to ask people to write 2000 words before they even get INTO school? Turns out, it doesn’t matter, because someone did… and now you have to come up with the most compelling and memorable essays about leadership that you can. And then do it again for every school you apply to.
It’s not easy, but this upcoming event should help. Submit your MBA Application essay to have an opportunity to have it reviewed for free by the team at Admissionado. Three essays will be selected, and if you are one of the lucky ones, you will have the opportunity to go through your essay with Phillip Herring (admissions expert and CBS MBA) in a live session. You will need to be OK with sharing your essay with attendees (don’t worry – we’ll keep your name/private info out of it), and available and online at the time of the event to chat it up with Phillip. Even if you aren’t selected, listen in, because there will still be plenty of essay advice to go around.
Submit your essay to lauren@admissionado.com by Monday, December 3. You will find out if you are selected by Wednesday, December 5. Then join the live event on Thursday, December 6 at 6pm PST. Register Now [FREE!] _________________

Deferred admission to Fall 2014. Not a scenario I had prepared for, but makes sense given my lack of experience. Considering putting the deposit down depending on how much it costs.

Voodoojohn, how many months of work experience do you have so far if you don't mind me asking?

Currently have about 17, you can do the math for what it would be at matriculation

Hey Voodoojohn,
I can understand how you feel. I am also placed on WL. What are you planning on doing? I was thinking to call and find out when exactly they will clear the list. Their answer in the decision letter was little ambiguous.
Let me know what you think?
Thank you. Hope we will be cleared soon!
WL is not the worst thing we have to face. Not rejected yet.
Reading "How to get into Top MBA", I understand that, different schools have different ways to deal with WL. I myself think that all we should to is just wait. Still Round 2 and Round 3 is coming. And if u feel that it's a must, just send an email to them saying that we are looking forward to their answer soon, and that we really like the school.
Think positive anyway .
