Mainland China scores [#permalink] New post 21 Sep 2012, 20:46
Ok not too sure if this is the right place to post this. If not then please move my thread.

As you know I'm currently based in Asia and so I obviously have quite a few contacts from mainland China.
Something that I noticed according to a profile check is that a lot of students/grads from Tsinghua/Peking university (the oxbridge/HYP of China) consistently have insanely high scores. A lot of those scores are 750+ quite a few are 770!!! As a person still studying the GMAT (and still struggling) it really blows my mind how so many can get 750+ especially when considering the fact that English isn't their first language.

Anyone know why?

Maybe they're really smart, or they're cheating. Word has it that people in china have ingenious ways of cheating, take it from me, I know, I'm chinese.
