Now lets see with option B:
Managing your irrigation system well and watering your grass wisely not only
saves water, but also
help to ensure the success of your lawn
saves and help do not agree in verb (I don't know what word to use..... singular/plural clash)....I hope you are getting what I am trying to say,
it can either be saves/helps...or save/help, but any other choice option has incorrect idiom usage.
