Manhattan Workshop? DS [#permalink]

I have heard good stuff on the Manhattan Review people but I refuse to take a full class. That said, the Data Sufficiency workshop is mighty tempting. Has anyone taken one of these workshops? Data sufficiency is my nemesis and I need to find some kind of silver bullet to improve. Am I just throwing money at a problem with this class or can it help? Should I just stick with the old fashion method of studying concepts and solving questions? Thanks for any advice!
