if i purchase manhattangmat's sentence correction from this website http://www.bookzone.in/proddetail.asp?prod=6405 ,will i get 6 CAT exams for free or not....?

Provided the book is new you will get the cats and access to the SC question bank.

There is a sticky inside the book you need to scratch off to access the code and if the book is new and the code has not been used before you should be granted access. So basically just make sure the book is new or the code has not been used before. Good luck.
