I pick D because the subject is the "deliberate and even brutal aggression integral" which is singular, eliminate A, B, C. E is wordier and unclear, that leaves D.

can 'likelihood' be related to something that could happen in the future and thus will used a future tense 'will erupt'. In that case (E) looks like the right answer. Any other ideas?

subject-verb agreement leaves us with D & E.
'likelihood for' is not idiomatic, which eliminates D.
E is best answer.

Are we trying to match the official answer? I think E is totally wrong for using "will". E means that this sort of behaviour doesn't happen in present but will definitely happen in the future. Totally absurd. I would rather use a wrong idiom that something that totally changes the meaning of the sentence.
who is the creator of SC1000 by the way?

I find E hard to agree with. "that" is not the right qualifier IMHO.
D makes more sense. But official answer is E, hmmm...

go with anser E.
"will erupt" is the correct usage when compared to "to erupt"

I think E is correct.
D says: increases the likelihood for imitative violence to erupt
Sounds as if imitative violence is itself doing the eruption.

In case of E, on one hand its saying "likelihood", on the other its saying "will". Is it not contradictory ??
Had it been "may" it would have been better.

Due to S-V agreement, we have only D and E.
In E, "will" have nothing wrong.
Yes, "may" or other present tenses are better but "will" isn't wrong.
On the other hand, in D, "liklelihood for" is not idiomatic.

There is a wrong answer on one of the very first questions of SC1000. I refuse to use that thing. Can anyone find this question someplace else?
