I go for C
the coma make clear that the sentence act as a modifier and that "they" refers to murals( what we clearly can't see in A). Moreover the sentence is paralell .

I go in for A.
I am not in for 'C' because
1) "whose murals are brilliantly colored, their geometrical symmetries are embellished with old and new iconography , and they are in styles that vary from woman to woman and house to house " Redundant

A.
For all those concerned with parallelism, you need to ask: What do we need to make parallel here. This isn't a pure list, it's a list with a modifier in the middle.

Picking different answers from others here.......
I will pick B. Becasue this is a list of things which are describing art of Ndebele women. So they need to be parallel and B maintain this parallelism by using possesive nouns as subject and rest all are mixing one with another.
What is OA pls.

C i wrong because 'they' becomes ambiguous. it doesnt specify what it refers to- whether murals or symmetries.

I believe the "they" in option C is ambiguous. It might refer to either murals or the symmetries.
I believe the OA is A. And I cant do a better job explaining than this thread
