I. What is the probability of having all the letters packed correctly?
II. What is the probability of having exactly two letters packed wrongly?

1) Number of ways letters can be put in envelopes = 5!
Number of ways to put them correctly = 1
Thus, probability = 1/5! = 120

2) Number of ways letters can be put in envelopes = 5!
Number of ways of getting exactly two wrong = 5C3*1*1 = 10
Thus probability = 10/120 = 1/12

My logic and answers are the same. There are no official answers—I invented the question today.
