Mary has 11 more nickels ($0.05) than quarters ($0.25). How many coins does

Total nickels and quarters should add upto 2.65. So (X+11)*0.05 + X*0.25 = 2.65 => 0.30X = 2.65 - 0.55 => X = 7 (Number of Quarters) Number of Nickels = 7+11 = 18 Total coins = 18+7 = 25 I do not see this option in Answer. May be question asked for number of nickels Mary has, so in that case answer is 18. Answer B.
