Determining fit for a school is very difficult to ascertain without an in-person visit. Since both of these schools are accredited and offer similar programs for graduate study, it would really require a trip there, meetings with students and faculty and even possibly sitting in a class or two to get a feel for a school's culture and vibe. You would likely have similar or even same opportunities on the way out of either school, so figuring out where you fit best is more qualitative than quantitative. Also, I would interview each school's career services center to see how well supported the MS students are in their job searches on the backend as well as whether or not some of the companies you would be targeting for post-grad employment recruit from each school. hope this helps.
