Another option worth considering is Master of Engineering Management (MEM) programs. Some Engineering schools have partnered with their University's Business School to provide the management portion of the curriculum.

I have a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan. I'm still an MBA applicant, and cannot talk about how the degree pairs with business school. It has been very valuable from a practical operations perspective though and is definitely worth the time and effort. Michigan has a great program.
