Material / Books to brush up basic Math skills asked in exam [#permalink] New post 16 Nov 2010, 15:21
Dear Friends,

I am new to this forum and getting myself familiar to the contents available on this forum for GMAt preparation.

I am quite overwhelmed by reading so many post and information. I need to know how to get started on basic math skill which will be used in this exam.
I did my master 15 yr. ago and sorry to say that I am totally blank on my math principle.

can someone please guide me through as how to start brushing up math skills?
What books, online site, test, tips I need to use to get started on my GMAT prepartaion journey?

Thanks

If you are uncomfortable with basic calculations with fractions and decimals, solving equations in one variable etc, check out this website:
http://www.purplemath.com

Besides, we have a book called 'Math Essentials' that takes you through the essentials you need for GMAT. You can check out its table of contents using the link below:
