MBA App Profile: two random admissions questions

Hi all - I have two random questions regarding my apps rd1 this upcoming fall (mostly T10 schools):
1. My short-term goal is going to be mgmt consulting, and long-term goal to be at the executive level of a leading non-profit. As such, I plan on applying to microfinance/impact investing/social consulting 'fellowships' that would take place the summer before starting school (example: Kiva Fellows program) in developing countries. For some of these programs, I will know if I am accepted or not before the application deadline for these schools. For other programs, I will not. So my question is: is it worth mentioning it in my apps if I am accepted beforehand, and if I am accepted after already submitting my app, does it strengthen my profile to update the adcom of the news? Or should I just leave this out of apps altogether.
2. Study abroad transcripts: I did not receive any credit for the courses taken abroad (1 semester), and they are not factored into my GPA. On my transcript, for the semester it just says "international enrollment" with no further information. Long story short, it did not affect my undergrad track because I was already ahead in my studies. I do have a transcript available from the partner institution, however, the grades from the classes are all mediocre and it is a light workload while my overall ugrad GPA is 3.64. Is it necessary to include this transcript or can I leave it out of the app since it didnt affect my degree at all?
Any and all info greatly appreciated - thanks!
