If you're focused on 1-year programs, then you're basically looking at the Euro schools -- IMD, INSEAD, and I believe Oxford and Cambridge have 1-year programs as well.
As for your chances, it will really come down to how well you execute your applications. The biggest risk for you is getting lost in the shuffle. The good news is that there's nothing really in your profile that is a major concern - i.e. nothing that will make you uncompetitive. However, the bad news is that there's also plenty of folks with similar caliber of resume as you have -- which means the biggest risk is not standing out at all.
So it will come down to how well you execute your applications - your essays, rec letters, and interviews.
