I am an Engineer from India . I am keen to study at Germany's Mannheim Business School. I am preparing for GMAT right now I have 1 year of work experience in the e-Operations dept. of a Trading Company. Will that be enough for me to get admission in that college?? Also, Kindly advise me on some other colleges which you might think are good.

Any specific reason for applying in Germany? Well you can try your chances in b-schools by clicking http://www.general-ed.com/chances-of-bschool. Prepare for your GMAT, gain some work experience and work on leadership skills. You must also work well on b-school interviews.
