MBA in HR [#permalink] New post 07 Aug 2007, 14:09
Hi,

I am a working professional with 5 yrs of exp. I am currently involved in implementing HR systems for various organizations.

I am preapring for my GMAT and would like to persue an MBA in HR.

Does anyone know the good colleges in US or abroad for HR MBA?
Or Is it possible that i take up a generic MBA and then take HR as an elective?

How will the two different options effect my future job. I would like to start working on the HR departments of the organizations.. something like working on compensation, benefits, performance planning, recruitment, learning etc.

Any help will be appreciated,
Thanks
Babnin
