Thanks for posting this.

What are cells C7 and C8 all about? Cash expense non-loan? What does that mean? Shouldn't this be in the loan section in C2?

At least it gives you a basic idea of how things could look for you in the future. There are so many variables though with calculating this that there is no way a generic one will fit all people.
