Funny-I came across these exact same two courses today while searching for premba courses. Coming from a non business background they seem attractive. I too, would like to know what people think about it and whether anyone has taken these courses? Ready, Set, B-School: Hitting the BooksTuck's Intensive Numbers Crunch

Okay, so I signed up for MBA Math. I'm only about 1/3 through the program, but so far I like it. I just completed the finance section. The teaching material is concise, to the point, and easy to follow. The finance section covered tmv, annuities, perpetuities, NPV, etc...a lot of stuff that I haven't seen since undergrad. It also does a great job explaining how to perform all of the calculations using Excel...using both algebraic expressions and Excel's built in functions.

MDF, did you also consider GMAC's Essential Prep The Collection? If so, what made you go for MBA Math instead of Essential Prep? Once I'm done with the GMAT, I'll probably get one of these two courses (not sure which one at the moment). In any case, thanks for following up..

I only considered MBA Math because Booth recommended it and provided a discount.
